Raingutter Regatta

The Raingutter Regatta is a racing event that is the sailboat equivalent of our Pinewood Derby. The sailboat kits are provided by the pack and all parts within the kit must be used. Within the basic design rules, Scouts are free to paint and decorate their sailboats as they choose. The scouts will be given the option to use a straw or to blow into the sails directly. There will also be side activities that may require the scouts to get wet, or possibly a little dirty. For this reason we recommend that the scouts wear their Class B uniforms or an equivalent.
