Join Pack 216 for a fun filled day at the sand dunes. For those of you who have been you know the great times that can be had. For any families that have yet to experience the fun, there are many activities that we will be taking part in throughout the day. The sand toboggans and disks, for "surfing" on the sand dunes, can be rented at park headquarters on your way in. While you are there, make sure and ask about the Ranger Program that the park offers as well, it is a great chance for the boys to learn much more about the park and the area. Once completed the boys will also earn an award (usually a patch or pin) that will show their accomplishment.

Park fees will need to be paid by each family attending, and are $4/day for adults with children 12 and under being free. The pack will be meeting at the Section House Pavilion throughout the day, and there are also water and electric campsites available for $15/night for those families who are more adventurous. Families needing their overnight requirements are encouraged to stay the night Friday night, then meet up with the rest of the pack on Saturday at the pavilion. . You will be responsible for your own camping reservations if you decide to stay overnight.

The Pack will be providing lunch and drinks so please let us know if you will be attending.
